2. Service Definition

MiKiNO is a professional AI tool for design and visualization of custom furniture. The service enables users to create interior visualizations using artificial intelligence.

3. Registration and Account

Registration via Google or Apple account is required to use the service. The user is responsible for the security of their account and all activities performed under it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The service offers the following plans:

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly unless cancelled.

One generation (a render, an edit, an alternative view or an HD export) uses 1 credit. The exception is the 3D floor plan of a whole project, which uses 3 credits per render; the first 3D floor plan is free for every account. The current price is always shown right on the generate button.

Fair use of the Pro plan: unlimited generations are meant for the everyday work of one workshop or studio. If you exceed 300 generations in a single month, we will get in touch with an offer tailored to your volume (enterprise). This is not a cap but a fair relationship: higher volume means a higher level of service. Should the volume substantially exceed normal use over the long term without an agreement, we reserve the right to adjust the plan terms after prior notice.

5. Complaints and Refunds

In accordance with EU legislation, you have the right to a refund within 14 days of purchase.

However, once you start using the purchased credits, this right expires

, as the service has been partially or fully provided.

6. Intellectual Property

Visualizations created by the user are their property and can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. The operator reserves the right to use anonymized visualizations for marketing purposes.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". The operator is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the service, including loss of data or business opportunities.

8. Service Termination

The operator reserves the right to terminate the account of a user who violates these terms or misuses the service. The user can cancel their account at any time in the settings.

9. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms. Users will be notified of changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
